With over two decades of experience in counselling, care, and psychosocial support, he brings a well-rounded approach rooted in compassion and professionalism. Before joining SIMHAR in January 2025, he held faculty and administrative positions at Olive Theological Institute, Tiruvalla, with extensive contributions to de-addiction counselling and community-based support services across India.
