Rajith Radhakrishnan serves as the Administrator at Shalom Institute of Mental Health and Research (SIMHAR), where he oversees the smooth and coordinated functioning of the institution’s day-to-day operations. With over 15 years of professional experience, Rajith brings extensive expertise in procurement, vendor management, organizational planning, and institutional administration.

Before joining SIMHAR in April 2024, Rajith worked across several major projects in the education, residential, and commercial sectors, managing procurement and operational systems with a focus on quality, compliance, and cost-effectiveness. His professional journey includes notable roles with institutions such as GEMS Education, ICD Brookfield, Kent College, and LULU Villa.

At SIMHAR, Rajith plays a central role in staff coordination, interdepartmental communication, resource management, and upholding facility standards. His practical insight and disciplined approach contribute significantly to maintaining a therapeutic and patient-friendly environment. He is committed to promoting operational excellence that aligns with SIMHAR’s mission of holistic, ethical, and person-centered mental health care.
