About Dr. Rajendran P

Dr. P. Rajendaran is a highly experienced surgeon with a distinguished career spanning over four decades. After graduating in 1980, he completed his internship at Government Wenlock Hospital and Lady Goschen Hospital, Mangalore. He went on to serve overseas in the Medical and Health Services, initially as a Health Officer, before moving into Surgical and Orthopedic services. Throughout his career, Dr. Rajendaran has attended specialized workshops, including one on burns, and another in Kuala Lumpur under the Association of Internal Fixation (ASIF), conducted by Dr. M.E. Muller. He also completed the Edinburgh Postgraduate Board's Course on basic surgical principles and earned the prestigious Fellowship in Surgery from the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh. After working extensively in Accident and Emergency Medicine, Dr. Rajendaran returned to Palakkad post-retirement and has been a key part of SIMHAR Foundation.
