Blessymol P. Davis

Blessymol P Davis is a skilled and compassionate mental health professional currently serving as a Consultant Psychologist at Shalom Institute of Mental Health and Research (SIMHAR). With over four years of experience, she specializes in psychotherapy, clinical interventions, and psychosocial rehabilitation for individuals dealing with a wide range of psychological and psychiatric conditions.

Previously, she served as the Clinical Coordinator at SIMHAR, where she led a multidisciplinary team in managing patient care, supervised trainee psychologists, and conducted mental health awareness initiatives in the community.

Since June 2024, Blessymol has also been working as a Remote Organizational Manager – Quality Assurance. In this role, she oversees the planning and quality monitoring of remote mental health programs, ensures adherence to clinical and ethical standards, and facilitates effective coordination among virtual care teams and stakeholders.

She holds a Master’s degree in Applied Psychology (Clinical Psychology) from Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS), Mumbai, and a Postgraduate Diploma in Medical Law and Ethics from the National Law School of India University, Bangalore. Her professional strengths include therapy, crisis intervention, ethical leadership, and a strong commitment to community mental health.

She also earned the UGC-NET Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) in Psychology.
